After working for dealers and other independents, Don opened for business for himself in the summer of 1979 as Don's Service in Berwyn.
In 1987, Don's Service relocated to La Grange, IL and D.M.J. Automotive was born. As with Don's Service, we have continued to provide quality service at fair and reasonable prices.
In 2000, D.M.J. Automotive officially welcomed the next generation into the business. Jeff has grown up in the business starting as a mechanic's helper. He has consistently shown he has what it takes to continually adjust to the ever changing automotive industry spending after-school, weekends & summers at the shop, attending various automotive workshops sponsored by the "Big 3" (Ford, Daimler Chrysler, General Motors). Jeff has received his ASE certification.
Jeff comes to us full-time with a mechanical engineering background and the diagnostic technology to attack today's sophisticated cars and trucks.
